With that in mind, male members now have an epoch-making system for our staff.

An epoch-making system called "U tip" has started.

What's more, I found out from the blog below that they post monthly U-tip reports, but Kousaka and Teramoto have received a lot of U-tips for two consecutive months!

I am very grateful and happy to be evaluated by members, but I tried to self-analyze, "What do men evaluate me?" ,

Kousaka is quite straight when he receives inquiries and tells you what he thinks and feels in his own words!I wonder if the men who feel ′′ good ′′ are evaluating it?I thought.
I don't have a lot of vocabulary, so there are rare cases where my words are bad, but I'm wrapped up in the kindness of a man (´；ω；｀)

Also, in my first and second years, I naturally had the idea that “emoticons and emoticons are prohibited for men!” I've just started, but surprisingly the men have kindly accepted me (*^^*)♪
