Almost all of my work experience has been in customer service.
When I was a teenager, I was a dispatch captain of a cruiser at a marina, and I was doing Izu Oshima cruises and sightseeing in Tokyo Bay.
A turning point in my destiny came in the summer of my 24th year.
I quit my job and jumped into a completely unknown world!
Since then, I have been doing that job for 10 years.
