[Tokyo] I will graduate from Mitsui.

Thank you very much for your patronage.
It's a sudden thing, but Hitoshi Mitsui will retire on 9/1 (Friday).

When I talk about myself, I think that people will click back to see another blog, but I would like you to listen to my summary.

I would like to talk about winding.

I was moving with the spirit of trying for the time being, even if I didn't understand what I was told.
I gained something from that spirit.

I learned the power of empathy and compassion.

In my work, empathy is an important feeling, but above all, I learned that the power of compassion is the most important.

I believe that it is precisely because I have a feeling of caring for someone that I can think about various things and act accordingly.

Shortly after I joined the company, Kida once told me something.
"Aim for high-class service, but don't throw away the frankness that is not bound by rules."
I heard this kind of story once every six months, but I couldn't find a clear answer inside me.
When I started teaching juniors as an instructor, I could see what I was aiming for.

Disneyland cast.
Aiming for first-class service, don't forget frankness and thoughtfulness.
Think about what you can do for your guests to make this time a memory of a lifetime.
I came to think that it might be a service.

The other day, Branch Manager Takita was talking about "preparedness".
Compassion is also included in this resolution.
Time for women who may be a life-changing encounter.
Feelings of a man who spends time looking for an oasis in his heart.
I feel that I can work with determination because I can sympathize with that heart and have compassion.

Along with my determination, I was taught that acting with consideration is the basis of service.

I said to roll it up, but I noticed that I couldn't roll it up.
I regret that it is a hard-to-read blog.
I am ready to talk for another five hours.

It is the words from everyone that taught me this feeling.

  3. I read your blog all the time, but this is my first time commenting.Thank you for your hard work, Mitsui. The Disney cast analogy was very easy to understand. You can use the service with peace of mind if you think that you are setting up with such thoughts.Thank you for using my impression at the end of Mitsui's very important blog.In closing, I would like to express my sincere wishes for the best of luck and good health to Mr. Mitsui.thank you very much.

  4. Thank you very much for your comment! The expression is different, but the current staff is aiming for the best response! The answer I came up with was Disney Cast, but I think there are staff who envision a high-end concierge! “Services that can only be provided by humans, not by machines,” said Kida to the whole country. It may not be perfect, but we are doing trial and error every day so that you can use it comfortably! We hope that you will continue to patronize UNIVERSE in the future.Thank you very much for your feedback on the date!I am honored that I was able to help you with a wonderful encounter.Thank you very much for your kind words!
