Rather than responding flexibly to circumstances, such as top sales thinking, preparation before interviews, and setting subdivided goals, you should set goals for your subordinates, such as predicting a certain pattern and giving an accurate talk in response to it. I have learned a lot more than I can write here, such as giving a sense of accomplishment by lowering the level to a feasible level, motivating my subordinates, and giving moderate stress to subordinates who can do it.
My problem is how to output this!
