Where do I focus on interviewing women?
Frankly, I'm focusing on women's humanity and enthusiasm for registration.
If you talk for about an hour at an interview, you can get a sense of the person's humanity.

For example, being late for an interview,

First of all, needless to say, the main premise is not to be late,
It is natural not to do rescheduling and rescheduling!!!

For example, when you are late due to a train delay,
While getting really sweaty (I can imagine running all the way here)
Some women sincerely apologize for being late,
A woman who simply makes excuses,
A woman with no apologies for being late,
Rather, what is this?A woman who opens up enough to want to hear,
There are various women (laughs)

Of course, this alone does not determine the entire interview process.
At least at this point, the way you interview after that will definitely change! ! !

A woman who was late for an interview in the past and was loose at the time,
There are many people who are late even on actual dates (: _;)

For that reason, I value their humanity.

Also, it is important to be a person who can properly care and worry.

If you raise more detailed points of emphasis, there will be no end
So much for humanity.

Next is the enthusiasm for registration.

Of course, there are various reasons why women come to register at the dating club.
Of course, there are those who are fully prepared.
Just don't you understand that this is a dating club
There are also a few women who simply want to be fed rice.
In this day and age, there is a lot of information on the internet, so I think that kind of woman
It might be inevitable that you come (; ･`д･´)

And, although it deviated a little from the purpose,
Looking back on my interview
I noticed that my interviews spend a little more time on appealing points.

I think that the appeal point is directly linked to the enthusiasm for registration.
Certainly there are not many people who can say their own appeal point properly.
However, there is no appeal point at all, and there is no particular motive for registration,
With those who are just waiting to be given
who wants to go on a date?I think.

If I were a man, I definitely wouldn't want to offer such a woman (+_+)
I don't think anyone would feel attracted to such a woman, so I wouldn't want to offer her, but...

On the contrary, there are actually people who can properly convey their own appeal points.
Such people are usually enthusiastic about club activities and have a well-defined motive for registration.

Such people can be introduced as women who can be recommended from the club,
Even more, I'm going to have a good time with the interview!!!
