I am Matsuda from the Universe Club Nagoya Branch.

This is a personal matter, but I would like to inform you that I will be transferred to the Tokyo branch from Wednesday, August 8st.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to all of you for the inconvenience caused by my transfer in the middle of my involvement as a branch manager in Nagoya.

I have been able to say hello to many male members so far, and I have been reprimanded again, and I think I have grown a little since I joined the company.
I will devote myself to contributing to everyone even if I go to the Tokyo branch by making use of my experience at the Nagoya branch.

The successor branch manager will be announced at a later date, but Teratsuji, Tsuzuki, Shimoda, Tachibana, and Sakurai will continue to do their best.

I would appreciate it if you could come and say hello when the timing is right in Tokyo.

I apologize for not reporting in writing and contacting you just before.
I hope that you will continue to watch over the Nagoya branch and the Universe Club.
