trash and god

I thought I'd write about my thoughts on the vicious tackle scandal that has been making news and wide shows recently.

It was a shock when I saw that video.
It goes without saying that this is an unacceptable act, but I think it is Nihon University's response that is causing the uproar.

I thought that the Nihon University players who were involved in the fight were splendid.
A so-and-so young man holds a press conference alone in front of hundreds of reporters.
I don't think most people have such an opportunity once in a lifetime.

I'm sure I was driven into a situation where I had to do it.
The coach, the director, and the university, who I thought were my superiors, are not helping me.
My organization doesn't do anything.
If things go on like this, the person who actually bit the vicious tackle will be out of the loop for the rest of his life, and he will be killed without even being able to express his feelings of apology.
One scene in a match develops into a university face-to-face, survival, faction, and personnel affairs, and it affects federations and foreign matches, and who loses and who does what?
For young people like Hatachi, how much of a fear was it to be caught up in the adult world of ghosts and spirits?

"I do not know"
I think I would be driven by the urge to throw everything away, and when the person in charge doesn't do anything, I'm going to take the brunt of the mass media and convey my feelings.
I don't think it's easy to do.

When I was in college, I belonged to a very active sports club.
I was a manager, so I was a little far from the strict rules of male players.
In that department, anyway, it is a vertical society.

God is a 4th grader.
3rd graders are people.
2nd grade is like an apprentice (I only have a vague recollection).
1st grade is garbage.

That was the first thing I was taught when I joined the club.
It's been almost 20 years since I graduated, but is it a story of the past?

There were many strict decisions.
Most of them were obscure and anachronistic.
I became a college student, and when I joined the first year, I had to shave my head.
There was also a uniform. You should not wander around school-related places except in your uniform.
(The manager was OK only at games and official events)

・No more than 3 calls to department
・Even if there are classes, first-year students must return to the dormitory by ○ o'clock to practice and prepare.
・Curfew at ○
In addition, there were a lot of foolish rules in practice and games, down to the details.
If you violate

・Born shaved
・No going out
Etc. will be issued in one sense of the senior.and joint and several liability.

At that time, I was in a boarding school and had a day off once a week.On the night before going to bed, everyone goes out on the town because they are still young students.
That's the only time I can stay out with her.
So everyone was looking forward to that day once a week, but when the seniors were in a bad mood, all the juniors were prohibited from going out.
How unreasonable.

We looked at it sideways and could only say that we were sorry, but we were impressed that everyone was able to do well in such an environment for four years.
From the second year onwards, the treatment and status will gradually increase.

4th graders are gods, but the athletic meet doesn't end there.
Of course, there is a coach on top of that.
This was absolute.
You can't even talk back.
And above the director is OB.The sequence is infinite.

Since most people enter the university because they want to play that sport, athlete life = university life.
My alma mater wasn't big enough to produce many professionals, so even those who left the school were able to lead a normal university life. Is not it.

Appointment in the game, during practice, life, everything is the voice of the director Tsuru.
If you can't put me on the bench. If you can't put me in the game
I think it's terrifying.
It doesn't start without entering the bench.
Those who do not perform well in matches will not be seen by scouts and will have no future.

I don't think there was an option to disobey the instructions of the player who was finally in the game.
It's only natural that you would regret your cowardly deeds as a result of following your instructions faithfully, but perhaps no one expected this to happen.

The director is also human, so I think there are likes and dislikes. It cannot be criticized.
But what should I do as a responsible person?
In this case, it all fell apart.
Everything was atrocious.

If the coach apologized to the opponent immediately after the game.
If you hold a press conference as soon as it is reported.
Even if the interview was at that timing, would you have been able to do only that response, including the moderator?

The preamble has become quite long, but I thought that the qualities of people and companies can be understood when something happens.
Unfortunately, that player, who was not blessed with a trustworthy and protective person in charge, may have become an abomination to the sport he loved and devoted himself to.

We are also a credit-first industry.
I wanted to be a company that honestly admits its mistakes, accepts criticism seriously, strives to identify the cause, makes improvements, and strives to improve on a daily basis.
Of course, it is best not to make mistakes, so naturally it is important not to neglect countermeasures.

Since it is originally a shady industry, I think it will start from a negative point in terms of credibility.
How can you trust me from there?
Until now, we have been supported by the kindness of all of you who have warmly supported our poor management.
In the future, all the staff would like to study every day so that we can return the favor even a little.
