Thank you for all your continued patronage.
This is Fukunaga from Universe Club Osaka Branch.

Recently, there have been various changes at the Osaka branch, so I would like to take this opportunity to introduce them to you!
Among the members"It doesn't matter which one."I think there are some things that seem to be, but please forgive me.

The first one"Onboarding of new employees"!
Tetsuaki Segawa (male staff) has joined the company!
Originally a photographer, the quality of women's photos is a bit different!

The first one"Oda's Promotion to Area Manager"!
Oda, the manager of the Osaka branch, will concurrently serve as the area manager that brings together Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe!

The first one"Change in Team Formation"!
At the Osaka branch, we are divided into two teams.
old team formation
Fukunaga, Sanada, Mano, Takashima, Kawasaki, (Takeuchi)
Kurosaki, Mishima, Yamaguchi, Shimoda, Nakagawa, Shiina

New team formation
Fukunaga, Mishima, Yamaguchi, Nakagawa, Shiina, Segawa
Kurosaki, Sanada, Mano, Shimoda, Takashima, Kawasaki, (Takeuchi)
This is how it changed.

The first one"Preparation for the Namba (Shinsaibashi) branch has begun".
As we plan to increase the number of employees in the future, the office has become a little narrower, and in order to make it easier for women to come to interviews, we have decided to increase the number of offices in Namba or Shinsaibashi and conduct business in two offices. rice field.Regarding the start of business at the new office, we are thinking that it will be the beginning of the year at the earliest, or by spring at the latest.

There were four main changes mentioned above.
I apologize for the internal issues.

Thank you for reading to the end.

  1. Mr. Fukunaga
    1. I expect that Mr. Segawa will become a good bridge between people in many ways.
    2. No, Mr. Oda, I missed you.Despite appearances, he was competent.
    3. I don't really understand what you mean by grouping unless you explain.Except for the newcomers Mr. Shimoda and Mr. Segawa, it seems that Fukunaga and Kurosaki, who were originally written, have been replaced.Does it mean that the same group has a solid handover?Or is it a grouping that has absolutely nothing to do with membership?
    4. When I watched the video about Osaka, the surroundings were very noisy, so I thought it was necessary to move to a larger area or separate offices.

      Thank you for your comment!
      1. I could see that the comment was made after reading Segawa's blog.
Thank you very much.I will do my best to grow into such an existence.

      2. It's a baby face, but it's a go-getter!
There are times when we have different opinions about work, but I have experienced several times that it worked out as a result of following the instructions.
I feel the difference in level each time, but I want to tighten it up even a little!

3.I apologize for my lack of words.
Until now, there was Oda, the branch manager, and the rest were regular employees.
Based on the idea that there is a limit to the number of people that one person can see, perhaps due to the flow of knowledge,
We decided to divide into teams.
There are 3 teams in Tokyo and 2 teams in Osaka.
As you said, the change in team composition was just a matter of swapping Fukunaga and Kurosaki.
Before the base is divided into two, after understanding and experiencing the way of thinking and working at each,
The purpose was to help Fukunaga and Kurosaki gain management experience by helping everyone choose a base and interacting with various people.

We are still in the preparation stage, but we are thinking of having the same staff member who interviewed the man take charge of the man's case.

      4. I'm very sorry about the sound of the video.
The office downstairs was undergoing major renovation work, and the sound was getting in quite a bit.
It's finally settled down, so I think it's going to be a little better than before, with only the voices of other interviews coming in.

Thank you again for your valuable opinion.
Thank you for your continued support.
