Disaster turns...

 Hello everyone.
I am Kitamura, Corporate Group Unit Manager.

Three and a half years have passed since I transferred from the Tokyo branch of sales to the Corporate Group in April 2019.

Seki's blogAs it was written in , from this October, from the CS (Customer Success) FS (Field Sales) system, branch system(Integrating CS and FS, the state before the CSFS system) has undergone a major organizational change.

As all of our members know, we are a company that undergoes many changes.

Among them, the Corporate Group is the management department, but in fact, changes are occurring here and there.
I think there are many people who don't know it because it is a shadow department even in the company...

If the organization changes, the department and team names will also change.

When I joined the company, there was no management department itself (outsourcing),AndongWhen I joined the company for the first time as a management department in 2015,
He was simply called the "manager".

After that, the number of people in the management department began to increase, and around 2018-2019, the “Management Department (tentative name)” was born.

During the organizational restructuring in 2019 (I think it was), I was also transferred from sales to the administration department, and suddenly there was a boom in horizontal characters.

Administration Department (tentative name) → Corporate Group
Accounting → Compliance & Finance Office Unit (abbreviated as “CFI”)
Gavernance Risk Compliance Team (newly established team to which I transferred, abbreviated as “GRC”)

I was appointed to a department that I wanted.
Governance, risk management and compliance.

I was in sales until the other day, and I had clerical experience in my previous job, but what is governance? What is Compla? ?What is risk management and how do you manage it? ?
And it's exactly the state of Gori fog.

In the end, I spent my time quietly looking for something like that, but for about a year people would ask me, "What are you doing, Mr. Kitamura?"
I don't know what I was doing and I feel like I didn't do anything...

At that time, the current recruitment personnel and labor affairs general affairs staff
"Culture & Communications Office" Unit
“Talent Acquisition & Training” Team and “Employee Experience” Team
Was it "CCO's TAT" and "CCO's EEC", or was it "EE"...

I don't know how to read...

Time passed, and my GRC didn't penetrate even one millimeter within the company (because I wasn't able to do the work I was doing), and everyone could only remember their own team names and words that were easy to remember, and in the end the management department
It was a process that settled like "accounting", "personnel affairs", and "labor affairs".

Japanese is the best!

Well, the introduction has become very long, but as my recent topic,

Drowning continues🌊

.

I am in charge of managing the company's rental properties, and this year alone4 properties, 5 locationssuffered water leak damage.
All of the causes were due to the building, such as from the upper floor, from the outer wall, and the water supply pipe.

There are things that are still being investigated and things that are being adjusted, but there were many typhoons and rainstorms this summer, and I always get nervous when that happens.

Last year we had a few large leaks.

(XNUMX) A horror picture of a clogged sewage pipe in an office and feces and urine overflowing from the drain
②Indoor waterfall (twice)
(XNUMX) Water that seems to have entered through the window due to heavy rain trickles down the floor and pees downstairs

(XNUMX) was the former headquarters office, and it was my day off, but Uchida (nostalgic)
A video was attached to the message "Mr. Kitamura is in trouble~ *Watch carefully" and was sent via LINE.I had only a bad feeling, but it was still a video of overflowing manure.
It's human nature to want to see it right away if you dare to read it, and I wanted to praise myself for not opening it during the meal.

When the pipes were washed with high pressure, it was found that things that should not be flushed (sanitary products) were clogged.

After that, in that office
"When it's large, separate the ingredients and the paper."
"Never flush the cleaning sheet"
(Don't wash it away!! It was written in red on the cleaning sheet box.)
strict measures were taken.

I wonder if there are people who wash it away because they don't want to put it in the garbage bin.I have learned that lighthearted acts can lead to terrible disasters.

The other day(I.e.However, I was proudly saying that there is a reason why the toilet flush is divided into large and small parts.

I thought that only toilet paper and utensils were allowed to be flushed, and that it was only natural to use different sizes when flushing, and everyone was doing it normally. but I forgot), I was reminded again that toilets are surprisingly delicate.

I had a lot of trouble with ②.Thanks to you, I learned a lot about the structure of the building, private and shared parts.
If you say "in the wall" or "under the floor", amateurs who don't know how to read drawings will give up, but I'm a question box keeper.Maezawamoved in various ways.

There was a similar case at the board of directors of the management association of the condominium where I used to live.
When I investigated the water leakage damage in a certain room, I was told that the cause was deterioration of the plumbing (inside the wall) of the bathroom on the upper floor, and the upper floor occupants were responsible for compensation because it was just a private part. .
From the point of view of the resident who decided to compensate, it was inside the wall, so there was no way to take care of it or do maintenance on his own (of course, he just used the bath normally), and the leak occurred in a place he didn't know. In addition to getting into trouble with the residents on the lower floor, the wall of the bathroom was opened without knowing the cause, so I couldn't take a bath for several days. It was a story about what happened.

At the time, I only vaguely thought that there are things to consider when buying a house. increase.

③ is a rental room on the 6th floor of the building, and it may have been caused by the fact that the window was slightly open during the typhoon.

It didn't turn out to be a big deal, but a few days later, when the ice machine was unloading, about 30 minutes after the contractor had left, I went down to the counter step and was shocked. .

(´ ゚ д ゚ `)

The pipe that connects the sink and the ice machine is sluggish, and the water is slowly flowing from it, and the inside of the counter is flooded.

At that time, there was already a considerable amount of water, but I immediately had the contractor return, and everything was fine.

Because of this, we have been experiencing "water disasters" for a long time, so when something happens, the atmosphere of "again!" has been established.

I used to be careless about my home, but after experiencing things like this, I belatedly realized the importance of being prepared.
Close the faucet of the washing machine every time you wash (it's an old type...).
Check every day for any signs of water leaking from any pipes.
When I think about it, I have nothing but fear.

When I first moved to my current house, I had a hangover and slept until late in the afternoon. It was an apartment fire alarm.
I'm glad it was a false alarm, but if it was a real alarm, I'm sure I would have missed the escape.

If you are prepared, there is no need to worry.

Come to think of it, I wrote in the title that it turned into a disaster, but it's not a fortune at all.

I am a person from the Showa period.I can't write anything interesting, but thank you for your cooperation.
