Notice of Change in Universe Group Organizational Structure

Dear members and interested parties,
It always becomes very indebted.
This is Kida, the representative.

From 10/1, the universe group will drastically change the assignment of branch staff,
We will change to a branch office system (return to the state before 2021).

Last year (2021), we made a major change from a system in charge of each region to a system that matches the customer cycle.
We had planned to change the organization next year, 2023, but this time we will accelerate it and change the organization as follows from October.

Current organization (until September 2022)

Field sales group in charge of admission interviews for men and women
Customer Success Group responsible for setting (non-geographic segmentation)

●Organization after change

Kanto/Tohoku unit (Sapporo, Sendai, Yokohama, Niigata, Omiya, Chiba)
Tokyo unit (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Ikebukuro)
Interunit (Domestic, Singapore)
Kansai unit (Umeda, Shinsaibashi, Kobe, Kyoto)
West Japan unit (Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Nagoya)
We will return to the regional responsibility system.

● Why are we returning to the regional responsibility system?
In the first place, the organization was organized according to the customer cycle to increase the specialization of employees,
By having employees become specialists in their respective specialized departments, we aimed to provide services that are close to customers.

In the future, we will make use of each know-how to be in charge of a consistent team from enrollment to setting, and aim to provide services that are closer to our customers than ever before.

What specifically will change for members?
As with the last change, the person in charge will change.
Instead of titles such as "field sales staff", we will be "Fukuoka Branch's ◯◯", and the staff in charge of the region will respond as before.
In addition, the phone number for contacting the staff, the bank account for payment, etc. will be changed.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these changes.
From October 10, we will operate under a system led by Senior Manager Aso.

We are aiming for full-scale operation from 10/1.

    I would prefer to be in charge of a branch office.
    I don't think it's possible to grasp the subtleties of the membership situation with just documents and data, even though I didn't interview them.
