Today, 12/30 (Sun) is the last day for the Universe Club to operate within the year.

Many staff members are on long vacations because they take breaks in shifts.

The remaining staff are doing their best to clatter the keyboard.

 

As mentioned in Kida's blog the other day, we are currently holding a blog championship.

I was thinking of greeting you at the end of the year, but Kida,

I'm in the middle of a serious word fighting in my head.

As a result,,, I thought I'd declare what I'm seriously thinking.

 

 

Five months have already passed since I moved to Tokyo.

Around the summer when I transferred, I was desperate to switch my brain to the Tokyo version anyway.

I would like to write what I thought a little from here.

I'm sorry if any of you felt uncomfortable.

What I thought many times when I came to Tokyo,

 

that is"Is this an elementary school? ! !It was a thing.

 

Even if something is broken or lost, no one will come forward and it will be returned to its original state.

Of course, the same is true for business, which is surprising.

I really think we have to do something about this.

Also, as our members are aware, Universe Club is always trying to introduce new systems and try new things.

At the same time, if you propose something new, saying, "Isn't it better to do this?"

But I thought, "Even though the times and systems have changed so much, it's no good if we continue to do things the same way as before!"

 

Teratsuji once gave me a personality test.

I'm sure there are some staff who read this and think, "What the heck is a young man who just came to Tokyo! (Although he's 41 years old)."

 

However, I think that if we just maintain the status quo, we will have no choice but to go down.We will continue to reform next year through trial and error, always aiming to rise.

 

I always think that I should try something new, and if it doesn't work, I should try something else or go back to it.

I would like to give due consideration to all members so as not to cause inconvenience and burden as much as possible, so (of course, the staff as well).

 

This year, “Papa-katsu” became the top of the 2018 Japanese romantic language target, and the incident of Don Juan in Kishu made a lot of noise in the world, making it a year in which the dating club received a lot of attention.

 

Even at the Universe Club, there were times when members were furious.Some people gave me warm words.

I believe that both of you are saying this because you love the Universe Club.

I personally think that this club is wonderful because it is easy for the voices of the members to reach the workplace, and the corporate culture that Kida is steadily incorporating.

 

We hope that next year we will be able to provide a wonderful meeting for all of our members.
