As a universe group, we have more than 120 days off per year, and there shouldn't be too much overtime.I honestly don't know if it's a black company or not.Since it is a small and medium-sized company, there are parts that are pulled by strong leadership, so I think that there will surely be "suits and disagreements" there.

Since there are industries, the degree of difficulty in recruiting is originally high, but I would like to continue to adopt an "offensive" approach to hiring, such as starting to hire new graduates.Personally, I don't want to flatter others by saying that it's honestly a seller's market, but I think we need to change our hiring style according to the current situation. I struggle every day to find out where the boundaries of "flavoring things" lie.

In today's ventures and small and medium-sized enterprises, the hiring unit price per employee has soared to nearly 150 yen. There are many intellectuals who say that this seller's market will settle down once in 2020, but others say that it will probably remain a seller's market forever because the working population itself is declining.

In any case, I am keenly aware that in order to provide services and increase sales as a company, we cannot survive unless we do our best to recruit employees and change according to the times.
