There were many results in the range of 1 to 5 points, followed by many in the range of -1 to -5 points.

Since it is a point addition and subtraction method, it may be natural for the range to be close to 0, but there are also people who keep accumulating in both the + and - directions.
I'm surprised that there are people who are over 20 points.

I don't think it's possible to generalize, but men are more likely to receive FB.

 

Furthermore, the pie chart below is the score breakdown ratio of the feedback received.
Overall, there are more +scores than -scores.

 

This is the number of people who were forced to withdraw at the end.
It does not include those who were immediately forced to withdraw due to fraudulent acts such as malicious cancellations on the day and voyeurism, so unfortunately it is the number of people who have continued to receive bad feedback.

    I'm Yoshida, and I feel like I've been using lukewarm water lately.
    I try to think that I have to work with a sense of tension. (now)

    Recently, an evaluation item for the club's response has been added to the questionnaire.
    The person in charge of setting can check which evaluation was received in real time (although there will be a lag until the notification is confirmed).
    There are items that you can fill in about the staff that you felt were treated well, but we would appreciate it if you could give us your opinion without being prejudiced that the response was bad.
    Of course, I don't think there is a lot of staff I've received, but unlike Yoshida, I'm relieved that there are many staff who use their opinions as fuel to reach new heights.

    Also, even if the staff (club) responded well, if the date was not satisfactory, the result would have been bad.
    I also put up a ranking table that totals the scores of the date questionnaire for each person in charge of setting up.

    And there are other things, but it's starting to sound like an excuse, so I'll stop.

    I was transferred to the IT department in April of this year, giving me the illusion that it was only recently, but before I knew it, April was approaching.
    I can't wait to see where I'll be sent next, so I'm going to brace myself.
