Nice to meet you, I'm Yamagishi from the Business Strategy Department.

Hello everyone.

My name is Yamagishi, and I am in charge of advertising, female recruitment, web production, and recently employee recruitment advertisements in the Business Strategy Department.

I asked everyone in the sales department to write columns and blogs, and Tajima, who is in the same department, desperately manages the columns and blogs, but he hasn't written an article since joining the company.

I was raising hurdles within myself, whether it was to provide useful information to members or to be creative and ingenious every day when I was worried about my work.

Here is my information.

■ Name: Satoru Yamagishi 38 years old
■ Branch name: Business Strategy Department I'm usually in the Tokyo office
■Joining: 8 months

Since we manage advertisements, we monitor daily how many women have joined us from which advertisements and how many times they go on dates.

This time, I would like to report on the results of examining women who have many offers under the title of "Characteristics of popular women seen by numbers (August version)" that I noticed in it.

It will be information for women that a lot of offers are coming for women like this.

I uploaded the results of Yamagishi's investigation in the male column "Darling".

Survey results report for Yamagishi's male members "Characteristics of popular women (August edition)"

I hope you will take a look!

  1. I saw the survey results of popular women.
I think it would be more helpful if the results of a survey targeting all women were presented as a comparison.

Thank you for your comment. This is Yamagishi from the Business Strategy Department.

This is a comparison of the results for all women. As Mr. sat1 said, the numbers were masked too much, and I couldn't understand what I was trying to say, so I tried to calculate a little more specific numbers without identifying women. .

Since the introduction of our new advertising management system (since March of this year), 3,792 women have joined us through advertisements. (Except female friend introduction etc.)

      Of these 3,792 people,
      (446) There are 12 women who received a date offer in August, so the offer rate is XNUMX%.
      (8) When I checked again at the end of August, there were 6 women who received 12 or more offers.

So what are the characteristics of these 3% women? That's what I wanted to say in my article.

I was able to talk about the numbers from the whole, but is this the expected response from Mr. Blue?

      1. Thank you for your additional note.

Breakdown of 446 people who received offers
        ・age
        ・Dating type
        ·Bust Size
Any information above would be helpful. There is no need to investigate
Please let me know if the data is aggregated.

        1. Mr. Blue

          Sorry for the late reply.
          thank you for your comment.

In the current advertising system, only classes and branches are linked with the management DB to acquire data regarding date results. So we haven't been able to tally up the age, dating type, and bust size yet. This is because the advertising system publishes some of the results when displaying the results to the advertising source.

Currently, when importing data from the management DB, we are currently considering system improvements on the premise that the age, relationship type, bust size, and advertisements you pointed out will also be imported.
We believe that this will be useful information when we are seconded to advertising in the future.

Thank you for your valuable opinion.

There is a desire to investigate with an awareness of the problem, but there is a problem with the presentation method.I think it would be better to enter the numerical values a little more precisely, clarify whether it is a number or a probability, and if there are circumstances that make it impossible to publish the numerical values that have been investigated, it would be better not to disclose them in the first place.I don't know what Mr. Yamagishi is surprised about. It's a column full of self-confidence, as if only he himself understood something.

As you said, I didn't know what I wanted to convey, so I added and corrected it.
In addition, we will disclose the numbers as much as possible to the extent that it does not lead to the identification of women.

As for this time, I tried to find out if there is a common denominator for popular women, and the conclusion I found there was
“Women in their 30s are popular”.
I wonder if the size of the boobs is also important.Whether it is a seasonal trend or a long-term trend, we will continue to follow and report as needed!

We look forward to your continued feedback and guidance.

      1. Mr. Yamagishi
I think it is difficult to see trends in the characteristics of 12 women. As an example, for women who joined after 1 and have been enrolled for 2017 months or more, 3 times or more within 3 months from registration (In this case, 6 months and 3 times are different. If you look at the breakdown of those who have received the offer, the number of people has increased, and whether there are many women in their 6s among them Is it good to check )?I think that the number of people to be analyzed must be more than a few dozen cases, otherwise there will be too much chance. However, it is important to try things out, so it is interesting that the Business Strategy Department was established (although it may have been there from the beginning).

          thank you for your comment.

After all, it is necessary to take such a period and to sample. The current ad management system was introduced in 2018, so it's relatively easy to track the numbers from 2018, but if you implement it under these conditions, you can export the date results from the management DB and do it separately. It may be too early to collect.

I also recognize that the original marketing is working on such things, making hypotheses and demonstrating them.It may take some time, but I'll try to see if I can tally with the conditions you gave me.

Due to the change in the website, it may be difficult for members to see the members of the back office, so I will introduce a simple organization on the BLOG in the future.

  3. I hope.Because managers love to see numbers (laughs). There are some realities that you can't understand just by looking at the numbers.Good luck.

yes.We will continue to make hypotheses and verify them with numbers so that everyone can enjoy them.
I will do my best to publish a dating club that can be understood by numbers someday.

  4. Mr. Yamagishi
    I enjoyed reading your column.
Analyzing the top 3% of women with offers... I thought it was an interesting point of view.

I have one question, where did the analysis of the 12 so-called "popular women" start in the column?
"1. Registered area" is the data of 446 people with offers, right? Is it an analysis of 2 people after "12. Age"?
Then, if you calculate the number of people from the ratio of "4. Bust cup", it will be somewhat strange.A simple calculation based on the assumption that the population is 12, B = 1.2 people, C = 1.2 people, D = 1.8 people, E = 4.2 people, F = 3.6 people. If the decimal point is rounded down, the total number of people will not match. If I try to do my best and round off to whole numbers, E and F will both be 4 people. It's a bit difficult to give a percentage from only 35 people.

Mr. Yamagishi, you have a lot of data, right?I thought it would be fun to do various analyses.
If it were me, I would divide the group into groups with offers and groups without offers, conduct multivariate analysis, and look at trends. And you may try to attract female members who match that trend.

    I'm looking forward to it!

    1. Dear Rachel

Thank you for your comment. This is Yamagishi from the Business Strategy Department.
We will answer any questions you may have.

Q1. "1. Registered area" is the data of 446 people with offers, right? Is it an analysis of 2 people after "12. Age"?
A1. "1. Registered area" is, as you said, 446 people who had an offer. Also, "2. Age" is the analysis of 12 people. It was hard to understand what I added after that, but of the 12 registered areas, 6 are Kanto and the remaining 6 are outside Kanto.

Q2. About the ratio of "4. bust cup"
The reason why the numbers don't match is because I cut corners, but as of August 8nd, there were only 22 women who had been offered more than 6 times, but after everyone pointed it out, I tallied it up. Then the number increased to 10.I haven't investigated the 12 people who have increased (sweat).Even so, it doesn't fit because the management DB says D cup, but there was an opinion from sales that there was definitely an E cup, so we set 2% each for D cup and E cup.

There is a lot of data, but the truth is that it is not being fully utilized.
I miss the words multivariate analysis and multiple regression analysis. When I was a student, I remember using SPSS for analysis because Excel was broken during social research practice.I like to look at numbers and come up with hypotheses, but I'm inherently not good at using numbers to analyze them.

Recently, I've been doing some research and noticed that this is a characteristic of standard females who have received multiple offers.I've only seen two samples of this so far, but I've come to understand that there are such women.
I hope to be able to report this as well.
