As for my work history, there was a time when I was originally working as a hotel staff,
When I first started working, if there were any complaints or troubles, I would actually call you,
There is a questionnaire in the guest room, so you can write it on the questionnaire.
I've been listening to the voice of the customer.
Especially on the day after Saturday, we had a lot of voices.
(because Saturday is the busiest)

・It was the second half of the buffet, but the sashimi was gone,
Even though there is nothing, I don't add any dishes because it's already over.

・The hair in the guest room was amazing, and the glasses had lipstick on them.

・No matter how many times I call, I can't get through

・It's dirtier, older, and the food is different than what you see on the website.

The feeling that I have to improve and the number of cases is large,
There was also myself who didn't take it too seriously.

"Again..."

And after a few years, I retired from the hotel staff.

Since it is a private trip, I have used the hotel several times,
I used to work at a hotel, so
I had a habit of looking at things.

How many people do you have at the front desk?
Is the water around the guest room shiny,
Does the restaurant staff have the attitude to secure the customer's seat by themselves?

"What is your name? (Where do you look from?)"

That's what it feels like, but is it a long-standing occupational disease?

Rather than looking for the missing parts, there are more impressions.

Right now, the staff there is reserving seats for an elderly couple who can't move quickly...
Etc.

I thought that I was responsible for the joy and excitement of going on a trip.

If you feel uncomfortable with the response of one staff member,
If you come across something that you can't reach, that's all it takes to ruin your trip.

To receive complaints and to tell us the parts that do not reach
I realized that I should be grateful.

Of course, there are parts that only players can actually understand,
I think there are many things that only outsiders can understand.
