I think there are various people, such as people who do not have the ability to understand, people who are inefficient.

This is a personality, so it can't be helped
I think that human beings are creatures who want to see the bad parts and find the weak points.
If you look at it that way, it's not mutually beneficial.
I think it's better to find more and more strengths.

As I thought about it, I came up with an idea.
Isn't it "a boss who can't handle his subordinates well" instead of "a subordinate who can't be used"?When.

Depending on the nature of your work,
I think there is a part where the boss's orders have a say in whether to make use of that kind of individuality or kill it.

Instead of giving up saying, "I can't use my subordinates..."
If you think, "How can Mr. XX get the maximum output?"
I think it will change the way you look at the staff a little.
I'm stress-free myself, so I'm allowed to work comfortably.
It's one of the boss's jobs to create such a work environment.
If the staff is dissatisfied, we will create an environment where they can spit it out!
