Last week I was in charge of the training of 8 new graduates.The team is Aso, Takita, Mizukami, and Maezawa.

From 4/11 (Monday) to 4/15 (Friday), we will gather in Tokyo and practice interviewing women!was.

As for the materials, the other teams were pretty good at making them, but Takita was only able to do something boring like a written competition, and the day came unfinished.

TakitaI'm a non-IT person whose PC usage is still not perfect, but if I didn't know how to shut down my new PC, I asked a new graduate and he was able to solve it in one second.
I'm a dangerous senior.

The youngest person who joined the company was 20 years old, but if Takita had given birth at the age of 17, it wouldn't be strange to have a 20-year-old child.

I don't think the experience I've had so far is useless, and I'm not confident that I'll lose my love for the universe, but I felt that it would be very uncool if I acted like a senior.

I think that many of the men reading this blog are in the position of leading business owners and people, but what do you think you can convey to new graduates? ?

I would like to introduce a woman who suits each and every man to men.
Rather than meeting 10 women and mismatching, I think that men and women will be happier to recommend one woman and find the best match.
The club's sales will be one-tenth, but I think Takita would be happier if word of mouth said that the club's matching ability is excellent.

When I've been working as a staff member for a long time, there are times when I think too much about things like increasing sales or achieving my own goals, and I lose sight of the customer's point of view, which I really want to cherish.

Takita has always been the type of person who is not good at numbers and is not suitable for sales.
Since this job deals with the hearts and minds of men and women, I thought that what I would do to satisfy both men and women would become a fan of Universe Club as a result of the accumulation of that satisfaction, so I was more conscious of thinking from the customer's point of view. I think every day that I have to take care of it.

I don't want just one offer right in front of me, but I want to build relationships with people that will make men trust Universe Club and want a long-term relationship.

 

 

And there was something I felt about interviewing women in this training.

A long time ago, when Takita was the manager of the Tokyo branch, there was a day when he interviewed more than 20 women in one day.There was also a time zone where about 4 people overlapped in one hour.
The staff at that time worked desperately.

If an ordinary person can grasp a woman's desires and charms in 60 minutes
Takita was determined to be able to see the desires and charms of women in 10 minutes.

Because people who can't see it can't see it even if they spend 60 minutes.

I didn't have a perfect interview.
However, I was able to meet many women in person.

The interesting thing about Universe Club is that it's not just beautiful women.
Even women who are rejected by other clubs because of their good looks are actively recruited at Universe Club.

It can meet the various needs of men, and it is fun to look for diamonds in the rough.

Beautiful women already have a way to improve themselves, but there are many women who have registered with Universe who will be polished in the future.

Nowadays, women's interviews are usually over in an hour.
However, the introduction, overview explanation, profile creation, photo and video shooting, post-interview process, and now there is an Amazon gift campaign, so the staff who conducts the interview is all they can do to explain. No, that's no good, and if you follow the instructions faithfully, even an hour won't be enough.

Even after the interview, you can choose photos and write comments. . .It seems to take around 30 minutes.
