The strongest legend of the strongest communication force

Hello everyone.Good evening.

It's been a cold December, but how are you all doing?

I am Hikaru Aoyama, Business Manager of the IT Department.

This is the second time I've written a blog for the first time in over two months.

Yabe~~~~I don't know what to write~~~~

About worki wrote it before

Nothing interesting in my private life...

Ah

It was a while ago, but from the staff of the company

"Who are you on good terms with, Aoyama-san? ? 』

I was asked.

While I was dismayed

"Eh, eh~~ I don't know who you are...Dufufu"

I gave a very disgusting communion answer.

In fact, there are no nasty people in the company (maybe I'm the only one thinking about it...)

But it's not like I'm particularly close with some people...

I thought there

"Isn't it amazing that you're making friends at the company? 』

When…

I have moved around several companies in the past.
I have never made friends in the community called "company".

Why?I did some self-analysis.

・The company creates a community to earn its own income.

→ Income is largely dependent on the evaluation of people around you (mainly your boss)

→ Therefore, the mindset of "Don't step on landmines" becomes business-like and conservative communication.

→…
→…
→…
→…
→…
→…

I came up with various other things, but I will stop because it will only expose my stupidity...

"Even after I retire, I'm still playing in my private life~! I sometimes hear stories like this, but I wonder what kind of communication skills a positive character has.

I'm basically the type to reset when I retire.Occasionally, my ex-boss at work said, ``Are you free anyway?I've been told things like "Come back," but I've never changed from a business partner to a private relationship.

How about the very few people reading this blog?

In particular, many of our members are managers and executive positions.

These days, I imagine that there are many people who have rich communication skills and think that ``personal relationships have nothing to do with private life or business''.
