Hello everyone.Good evening.
And nice to meet you.
My name is Hikaru Aoyama, Business Manager of the IT Department.
I usually work in a back office position where I don't have the opportunity to interact with members.
This time, it was my turn to participate in a project called a blog relay, and I was given the chance to write (PC).
"So? What are you doing human?"
Roughly speaking, I mainly handle hardware-related management, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure work.
"My PC crashed!"
"I can't connect to the internet!!"
Of course, it's a solid trouble response like
"I don't have enough PCs, so buy 10!"
"Send a PC to the new employee!"
I also do something like a transportation business.
After that, we are sorting out the messy parts of the IT system, such as in-house IT asset management, contract management for the Internet and smartphones, etc.
Well, some people may think it's a miscellaneous task, but I find it surprisingly rewarding, so I think, "Maybe I'm good at it."
I think that various staff have already written, but our company is a company with a lot of changes.
Yesterday it was right, but today it's different
Today it fits, but tomorrow it's different
Oh my God, it's so-so frequency.
There are days when I think "I'm tired"
I think that companies in other industries and industries that are growing more than our company are changing more things through trial and error.
I think we have to challenge more things.
Although it is a position that tends to be conservative thinking
We promise to keep our antennas up and continue to devote ourselves to delivering the best service to our members from the infrastructure.
I would like to put my brush down here (PC)
