I am Chief of the Creative Unit.The role is Project Manager. We do everything from IT architecture to user support, DevOps and organizational culture creation.
Reason for joining the company
I can't remember what made me apply...Before I knew it, I had an interview scheduled for a mid-career job.
During the interview, the representative and current boss explained the company and services carefully, and it matched what I had valued until now.
After joining the company
It's been 4 months since I joined the company. I enjoy working every day with the help of Creative Unit members. Since the ERP and the site are closely linked, my experience in business application development is unexpectedly useful.We have nothing but respect for our employees who are very serious about our services and systems.
Career
I have been involved in building systems for several industries.Pharmaceutical industry, publishing industry, CRO industry, sales of digital contents (e-books/music).Since it was partly web application development, the industry is different but the industry is the same.

I listen to everything from major bands such as The Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Kinks to Progressive Rock, Mods, and Underground Psychedelic. A Paul McCartney autograph is a treasure.

I drive a car called the first generation Copen.First generation.He casually visits Hakone and Chiba.

I love Hakusensha Hana and Yume Comics.In particular, I've been reading LaLa since I was a student.I also participated in the writer's autograph session.Autograph sessions are a dream come true for fans.
A Final Word
As you can see in the announcement of the change in the organizational structure, the company is undergoing major changes.Not to be outdone, the Creative Unit has begun to evolve with major changes while retaining the good points of the past.
I am in a position to force change, so I am very happy when I receive feedback from members saying that they enjoy their work every day.I hope that more people will be able to join such a Creative Unit.
