There is a change in the support system for black class members.

Change date

Date offers received after 2021/6/1 (Tuesday) will be transferred sequentially

Adjustment of date setting, various consultations
All the contact points were the field sales department,
Customer Success Department to coordinate date settings
For various consultations other than setting adjustment, please contact the Field Sales Department.
I will be in charge of it.
From June, Black Class members will have two points of contact: the customer success team and the dedicated individual (within the field sales team).

Reason for change

FS (field sales) staff were often away from their seats during enrollment interviews, and the black class men's date setting work (replying emails) tended to be delayed.
Therefore, I decided that it would be smoother for the customer success department to handle the adjustment of the date setting offer and simple date adjustment.
Also, due to this change, the field sales department staff, who have more time to spare, will be able to contact male members with a more personal response.

In charge of field sales department

For male members of the black class, we will decide the staff in charge within the field sales team.
For example, if male member A has a staff named "Sato" in charge,
sato@universe-club.jpWe will contact Mr. A from this personal address, and the exchange will be one-on-one.
Sato is unable to reply to emails on his days off, but since it will be a one-on-one exchange, we expect that communication will be possible with a deep understanding of the needs of members.

      I haven't looked into the specific numbers for the area, but overall, the number of women joining has been on a downward trend since 2020.
      Due to the club's policy of raising the level of recruitment year by year, this decreased due to the increase in the number of people who were not hired.
      Also, in the midst of the corona wreck, we are restricting interviews, and the number of admissions is falling.
      As soon as the emergency declaration is lifted, I would like to lift the restrictions on interviews and restore the quality and quantity of women.
