[Saitama / Omiya] Warm things, gentle things

I am Hayakawa from the Omiya branch in Saitama prefecture.

Colds and flu are still prevalent in Omiya, and around Hayakawa.

I can't help thinking that Hayakawa's blog is always about colds... Cold bacteria are spreading around me.
I don't want to become a bioterrorism god...

From the end of the year to the beginning of the year, until today
"It was hot yesterday and I measured it and it was 38 degrees, so be careful."
And the situation where a friend who was playing with me until the day before told me...

"Oh, oh... be careful..."

In return, I carefully wash my hands and gargle and soak in a warm bath every day.

By the way, Hayakawa is originally a cold-blooded person that women tend to get.

Recently, ``After soaking in the bath, pouring hot water of 40 degrees or more on the sacrum (below the waist and above the buttocks) for about 30 seconds will improve sensitivity to cold.''

When I heard that and actually tried it,
The coldness of my legs before going to bed was reduced and I was able to sleep deeply.

Food should be as hot as possible.Vegetables are basically warm vegetables.Drinks are also room temperature or hot water (white water).Rice than bread.meat rather than rice.Avoid ice cream and snacks...

I practiced such things, and (perhaps thanks to the vaccination), my body is very healthy and continues to repel pathogens while flu and colds are rampant.

Of course, it is also the time when it is popular, and no matter how much you take precautions, you will get sick.

However, the probability will change if you do not prevent it, so

please! For men too!For women too!I would like you to focus on physical condition management and cold prevention! !

Oh, and the best way to prevent a cold is to eat a nutritious meal...(。-`ω-)
We recommend grilled pork with ginger. It's delicious.

I would like to come full of energy this year as well.
Thank you all for your patronage of the Universe Club and the Omiya Branch!
