I'm Ito, a rookie from Universe Club Tokyo.
It's been several years since I continued to call myself a newcomer.

There were many seniors and juniors who graduated, and it seems that there were also staff members who retired without meeting even once.
I went up and naturally became more and more senior.

After joining the company, the number of juniors gradually increased, and I unconsciously became bossy.
And he repeatedly flattened himself.
Thinking that everyone hates me, I'm depressed alone.
By warning and guiding people, I was really depressed that I might have said too much.

I keep getting sad and angry on my own every day.
"Mr. Ito is reflecting on himself and recovering on his own, isn't it good?"
That's what Takita and Mamiya have said to me, and I think so myself.

I feel uneasy about "peace".
I also feel uneasy about being "calm".
I feel uneasy even when I'm "separated".

I'm sure you're always busy,
If you are constantly worrying about something or not thinking about it, you may become anxious.
Either way it seems unsettling.

Thankfully, a lot of staff joined Universe Tokyo.
Thanks to that, I have had many opportunities to train newcomers.

And before I knew it, I was able to be in charge of employee interviews.
At that time, my boss told me sourly about the word “recruitment responsibility”.
After I hired it, it was different after all,
It's all hiring responsibility, such as the person who wants to retire soon, and the other staff can't get along.

Universe Tokyo has a lot of new staff,
We often cause inconvenience to our members.
It's not that we can't help it because we're rookies, it's our seniors' responsibility.
I want to provide courteous and thoughtful service.
I'm an inexperienced person who doesn't know how to convey that feeling.

I have gained a lot of experience since joining the Universe Club.

"If no one else can do it, I can do it myself!"
"Let's go ahead and do the work that people don't want to do! Cleaning the toilet and cleaning the floor!"
"You don't have to force yourself to overcome what you're not good at, let's put the right people in the right place and develop their strengths!"
