I am Katayama, a newcomer to the Kyoto branch, and this is my second blog post.

It's been a little over two months since I joined the company...
When I was involved in the work, I came up with something that I personally thought.
I'm going to try to work there and write what I suddenly thought.

I have started going to interviews with women and recently men.
It's really fun to talk with everyone, and I can learn a lot from them because I can see various human qualities.

I'm really bad at talking myself.
I'm really nervous, and sometimes I don't understand what I just said.
I don't know if this is something I get used to, or if it's pure tension...

Ladies and gentlemen, how will it be for the first time?

In fact, those who appear on their faces and those who do not look nervous at all
There are various people who are very calm.

If you talk again, you will talk a lot about yourself from the beginning,
Those who speak only the minimum necessary, those who are a little vague in their answers even if they ask questions...
I don't know what the correct answer is, but what worries me the most is
"Do you really understand the universe club and the dating club?"

Even as a newcomer, I believe that the beginning is the key.
If there is really something wrong with my explanation or response
I would like you to feel free to throw your words at me.

There are a lot of things that people don't understand unless they tell them.
I myself try to "do not do what I do not want to be done".
I was born in an era called the relaxed generation.
Personally, I think it's the type that grows when you're scolded or warned.
(I'm a little embarrassed and not good at being praised too much...)

The most I felt when I was involved in this work was "I don't know what the correct answer is."
In fact, there may not be a “correct answer” in this industry.
However, I hope I can be of some help to your "correct answer".
