I think that it is difficult for ordinary large companies to do so, so I think it is wonderful that everyone has a chance.

However, originally, employees should be evaluated for their work skills and personal growth, and there should be promotions and pay raises accordingly, but it seems that something has gone wrong somewhere.

It has grown rapidly to a company with 14 employees and 100 branches nationwide.

Men and women who join us often say, "Because it's a nationwide scale" and "Because it's a major company and it seems to be safe."
There is a production staff who creates a website that is not suspicious, and there is a call center staff who kindly and politely guides you.
There was a general affairs and accounting staff who listened to various unreasonable things and made money to support me until now.
There was a staff at the time of establishment, including the president who managed to expand nationwide, which was said to be impossible.
After that, it's because it's been helped by fashion and things like that.

We jumped on it and abandoned the spirit of service early on.
When you find out that you're in a good mood, your customers will leave in an instant.

At that time, if the store clerk responds like "We are full, please don't hesitate", I don't think I'll go next time, no matter how delicious the restaurant is.

I'm afraid that I can't do such a natural thing, but from the other staff's point of view, I'm doing my best and I can do a great job. You may be thinking.

If it's a really delicious restaurant, no matter how bad the attitude of the owner or staff is, no matter how cold or dirty the restaurant is, I think there are people who would want to go there.
It would be nice if there was something that would make you feel that way, but that is far from what we are capable of.

We are very kind to all the members who have been with us for a long time and those who have recently joined us through referrals and word of mouth.
I'm sure it's because it's a bit of an underground image as a dating club. (Of course, nothing illegal.)

I was able to grow to this point with the support of kind people, so I have to return the favor.

What this company lacks is a spirit of service.
The president is aiming for the service of Zappos.
In order to get closer to that, I thought that I had to learn what a service is.

Since I am from the Showa era, I would first think of the old Spartan method of threatening with a bamboo sword and twirling it around so that my body remembers it. I have to think of a way to get it.
I'd like to do a 10 laps of the schoolyard training by wearing a three-line jersey and canvas and jumping rabbits, but I'm going to break my bones and hyperventilate soon, so I'll keep it in my imagination.
