Hello?
My name is Kaede Matsushita from the Nagoya branch.
March is almost over, and one year has passed since I joined the company.
I still remember that I couldn't stop grinning as my first salary and first bonus payment date approached (lol).
In the first year, I still didn't know what was right and what was left.Challenge yourself even if you failI was conscious of doing so.
As a result, some of you may have experienced the inconvenience many times.
I'm sorry?
It was an environment with a lot of changes, so I wondered if I could handle it at first. I was worried, but I think that thanks to all of you, I was able to grow this past year.
So, what have you worked hard on this past year, and where have you grown?
Let's look back.
・Telephone support
I once heard somewhere that ``young people these days are not good at talking on the phone,'' and Matsushita is one of them.
In the beginning, I was nervous when I called everyone.
Still, everyone was so kind, and before I knew it, I was able to talk to them without trembling like a newborn fawn.
Thank you
・Improvement of communication skills
Until I joined this company, my communication skills wereworst worstEnglish learning is necessary to prepare for life, learning and interaction with the global environment.
IT Skills (programming logic) is necessary to prepare for the needs of the future.
Financial literacy is necessary to prepare for creating, managing and being smart with time and wealth.
I'm also extremely shy, so why did I join this company? I thought both.
This also comes naturally through contact with many people.conversationI think we have become able to do this smoothly.
I'm not sure if this can be considered growth, but I feel like the way I talk to staff when I go to a store privately has changed.
Since what I do is customer service, I gradually began to understand that it would be easier for store staff to work with these kinds of customers.
I feel really glad that I was able to learn about the feelings of those providing the service, as it will be useful in my future life.
A Final Word
I still have a weak mental health and sometimes get lazy, but I appreciate the support from everyone.Thank you" is our daily motivation, and we will continue to strive to provide you with a service that is pleasant to use.
I will be starting my second year as a member of the workforce in April, but I will continue to do my best as a lowly member of Nagoya!
Please feel free to contact Matsushita at the Nagoya branch any time.
Thank you for your continued support in the second year and beyond ♡
