About our system trouble (our LINE official account)

To all members

Thank you for all your continued patronage.
This is Kida, the representative of Universe Group.

Since July, we have been asking our members to switch to a new LINE account as a communication tool, but due to system trouble, we were unable to contact them using the new account.
We will contact you from the LINE account that we exchanged before June.
For members who joined the club after July and have only interacted with the club via LINE, we will be sending emails, text messages, and phone calls at any time.

We are very sorry for all the members who have been cooperating with the account transfer many times.
I am taking the lead in building a system for contact methods, and this time I made a series of errors in judgment.

Currently, even if you send a message to the @uc11 account, we cannot confirm the message.
I don't know who to contact in the future.If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at the number below.

    We are aware of the website and LINE system upgrades.
    I think I fully understand that the current companies are doing everything possible not only for business, but also for so-called ITC.
