When I was a job-hunting student (last year), there were a lot of changes in job-hunting, and it was a time when online interviews and information sessions were the main focus.My anxiety was even greater, but I wanted to join a company that attracted my interest.

After taking briefings and interviews, I decided to join UNIVERSE without taking any other companies because of my unfounded intuition that this would suit me best.

Before joining the company, I was full of anxiety, but after about four months, I am glad that I joined this company.

I have been assigned to the department called Customer Success, and my main focus is on responding to emails and phone calls.

I am very grateful for the team atmosphere and the environment that makes it easy to work.

When you first joined the company, was it more IT than you imagined?I was quite confused.I was very surprised to find that there were more tools to use on the computer than I had expected, and that there were many tasks that were streamlined accordingly.

If I have one problem, it's that my already bad eyesight has gotten worse over the past few months because I've been staring at a computer screen all the time.
The other day, when I went to the ophthalmologist, I was puzzled by the fact that I could not see the largest C (the one that hits the top, bottom, left, and right) with the naked eye.
