From May, the assignments have finally been decided, and OJT training has started in each department.
This time, I would like to briefly introduce the efforts of OJT training.

 

 

From the ZOHO system, a web-based application service currently being introduced in UNIVERSE
Using a learning management system, each trainer and new graduate
Members are working on OJT training.

 

 

 

 

Efforts using a learning management system will be the first attempt from this year.
Create a course from scratch based on your learning needs and follow manuals and assignments
Set tabs such as multiple-choice tests and exams and serve as a textbook for students
We support learning experiences.

 

 

 

In addition, since the test performed by the learner can be managed by a scoring system,
While the trainer himself gives feedback on the course according to the progress,
You will be ready to undertake training.

 

Gradually, I think there will be more opportunities to interact with the members as a staff member of the new universe.
