I joined the company in 2019, and my job is, to put it bluntly, "personnel and general affairs."

Human resources and general affairs are in charge of various tasks so that the company can operate smoothly.
Work related to social insurance procedures, attendance management, payroll calculations, health checkups, welfare services, evaluation systems, etc. is also part of human resource work.

 

The club itself is an industry that is said to be gray, but as our representative,

With the motto of "The company is extremely honest", we have tried to keep the motivation of our employees through various initiatives in the past.

Besides social insurance,

・Introduction of a retirement allowance system
・Introduction of office mother
・ Win session held
・Introduced company housing system

There are many things that have been introduced for staff so far.

 

First of all, we value our staff and their families, so we take the form of protecting our employees even in an industry that is said to be gray.

As a result, the recruiting department has been able to recruit more than 10 new graduates.

It's a proud story of the company itself, but I think that's the part we can be proud of.

It is only natural that the ideas and ideas of our representative involve many departments and require an extraordinary amount of effort.

I myself have been forced to work overtime many times.

However, this is also because this is a department that must consider the lives of each and every staff member working at the Universe Club.

 

Many new graduates will join the company in April.

Also, I think that I will grow by interacting with many members and being tossed about by the rough seas of society.

But staff are human too.

There may be many barriers in the future, such as worries and wanting to quit the company.

HR and General Affairs is working to exist as a place for all such staff to consult, and as a department that creates a work environment where each staff can concentrate on their work.
