nice to meet you all

I joined the Tokyo head office in April.
My name is Kazunari Ezaki, a new staff member.
All the senior staff members were kind and I was able to finish the training on schedule.

Since I joined the company in April, I will be in sync with the new graduate staff.
However, I am 30 this year.
Of course, I can't feel the same way as the new graduate staff.

Because it is a special occupation, I am experiencing only the first time.

Sometimes I forget about work and have a long chat with a woman who came for an interview (laughs)
Everything you do is a new experience.

Some of the senior staff members are younger than me in terms of age, but they are all one or two times older than me mentally.
My previous job was in the IT industry, but basically I was the youngest person working there.
As someone who is older than me, I feel that the universe is where I can grow as a person.
