Reading through it during the break time, I feel deeply that the troubles between men and women are endless.

When we meet directly with male members, we receive many questions similar to those in the question box.
I would like to answer about it from the staff's point of view.
We are happy to answer any questions that members may have.
*The following are my personal answers.

Q. Do you recommend women with long club comments?

A.It is recommended than the one with a short comment.

The comment is written to appeal the goodness of the person.
No apology for being late, if there are any points that are very worrisome, such as a bad mouth, the details are also listed.

During the one-hour interview, I checked the woman's profile in 1-20 minutes,
Hobbies and special skills, how to spend holidays, educational background, dirty jokes, etc.

I'm going to find a point that I can appeal to.
I am offering by looks!Until then,

Other than that, I'm looking for the best.

No matter what I ask, some women will answer, "Nothing in particular."
You keep asking questions in different directions, but sometimes the answers are still the same.
I can't imagine this person being a lively conversation on a date...

In such cases, club comments tend to be short.

On the other hand, some people answer 10 questions.
It's a pleasure to talk to you, and I would highly recommend him.
Such a woman will inevitably proceed with the comment input crisply, and the result will be long.

Women with long comments are recommended in terms of conversation.
I don't think you'll ever feel embarrassed when you run out of things to talk about!

 

Q. What is the comment that you are good at licking?

A.It is listed as one of the appeal points.

At an interview accompanied by senior staff during training
Ask "Do you like H?" "Do you have a favorite play?"

I remember being shocked.

In my case, I set standards for listening to women.

・ When asking → When you feel that you seem to be able to answer naturally, you seem to be sexually tolerant
・If you don't ask → When you feel like you're in hell if you ask

If you have a lively conversation during the interview, or if you would like to talk about sex, we will judge that there is no problem listening to you.
If you listen to it as it is in an exciting flow, you will be able to answer unexpectedly smoothly.

On the other hand, I try not to listen when the conversation is not lively.
In the past, it was easy to hear that the air was frozen.

If my comment says:
He also answered dirty jokes → The conversation was lively

→ Women talk about various things → Date conversations are likely to be lively
I would appreciate it if you could think.

 

Q.Is it recommended for women who go outside for photo shoots?

A.No.It doesn't matter.

I'm trying to make everyone go from Standard class to Black class.

A year ago when I joined the company, I didn't go out to shoot much.
That has changed little by little, and now I try to go as much as possible when I have time.
I think that the atmosphere of the date is easy to convey when shooting outside.

In the following cases, you should not go outside to shoot.
・ When a woman refuses
・When the schedule is full and there is no time

In such a case, it will be a picture of only the room.
Since the Nagoya branch has recently increased the number of outside photos,
From now on, I think that the women who come for reshoots will also change to outside photos.

 

Q. Why is this woman a black woman?

Because I decided that I could get an offer even at A.Black.

When I talk with members, I often hear about class division for women.
Top class, I can't believe Black

I have something to point out (just kidding).

In fact, I'm having a really hard time sorting things out.
When I am unsure of which class to choose, I consult with other staff to decide.
I am overwhelmed with offers and I regret that I wish I had been one step above.

Even within the branch, I and other staff members have different opinions every time.

When it comes to looks, I think there is also a personal preference.
If I also look at a black woman and think, "Huh? Too much..."
You may find your type among Gold women.

Since Gold women have the highest percentage,

If you take the time to look for it, you may find one that suits your taste.

The staff will also offer black!

When I talk with members, I am sometimes taken aback by sharp points.
