In the company, as the team name suggests, we are in charge of the work around employee recruitment.

And so on, we are working hard every day to create a culture within the company.

■It is hard to continue!

Universe is always changing!Change is fast!
And many employees in this staff blogComplainingI appeal
I feel that it is both difficult and fun to keep up with such changes.
On the other hand, in a company with so many changes,
"Continuing" is also difficultOr maybe.

Until now, many systems and rules have been created and then disappeared.

If the person in charge changes
The organizational structure changed completely before the turn of each department was completed.

The peer bonus system and internal newsletter are systems that started at the beginning of this year.
From representative Kida during the planning(It may be a casual word)
“It would be amazing if this lasted for a year.”
I'm always thinking about how to continue with what I was told.

Regarding the peer bonus system, what are the rules and easy ways to continue?
The most difficult part was the planning stage.
The existence value of the company newsletter fluctuates depending on monthly plans and quality, so it is quite desperate.

I think there are many employees who say
