Nice to meet you everyone.
I joined the Nagoya branch as a new employee in April.Koichi NishiokaI am
First of all, I would like to introduce myself briefly.
I was born in Shizuoka Prefecture, and lived in Kansai when I was in college.
My hobby is going to the gym, and I am good at primitive exercises such as running, swimming, and lifting heavy objects.
I'm like that, but there are things I cherish in my life.
It's a sense of balance.
If I lean too far, I'm conscious of standing on the other side so that I don't get too focused on something.
In my work, I think that the balance between speed and quality, tradition and flexibility, input and output, etc. is important.
In the future, I would like to always think about balance and keep it appropriate.
As someone who was born and raised in Shizuoka, the Nagoya dialect sounds familiar to me.
I guess it's because I'm not used to Nagoya yet.
I hope that I can gradually get used to both Nagoya and work and adapt.
Having said that, I don't think we should forget our original intentions, so I would like to maintain a balance between "professing mastery" and "keeping our original intentions."
There are still many things I am not good at, and I am causing trouble to my seniors and bosses, but I would like to work hard every day so that I can become a person who can be trusted by members as soon as possible.
Thank you for your continued support.
Thank you very much for reading this far, even though it's a clumsy sentence.
