Since November last year, receipts for credit card payments have been attached to emails sent automatically from the system.
From May 2021, 5 (for bank transfer on May 11), payment by bank transfer will also be automatically sent from the system.

Along with that, we will abolish the confirmation email from the staff after the transfer and the sending of the electronic receipt.
For bank transfers, payment confirmation emails will be sent on the following weekday due to the convenience of the system.
*Example: Bank transfer on a weekday Monday → Confirmation on the following weekday Tuesday, Bank transfer on Friday, Saturday and Sunday → Weekday Monday.

Recently, the universe has been reorganized and the system has been changed at the same time.
We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience caused to our members.

However, recently, Yoshida, the former chief of the Chiba branch, was recruited to the IT department (he took over from Takahashi) and added several subordinates.
He is doing his job with great enthusiasm.
It's a little too good, so I'll pick it up after using it to some extent in my young eyes,,,

Until now, the system department had not been able to cover the entire coordinator with a team of 4,5 or XNUMX people including myself.
However, with the appearance of Yoshida and his subordinates, and the addition of new graduates, we have become a team of 15 people, and I think that we are gradually becoming able to cover them.
There are some issues that we haven't covered yet, and we haven't taken a proactive stance, but we will definitely improve, so I hope you will continue to work with us in the future.
