4/16 Japan was in a big mess when we announced the closure.
More than that, I panicked.
I'm the type to invest all the money I receive from sales. It was clear on the spreadsheet that I was playing management, and of course, if sales plummeted, I would run out of money in six weeks.
Immediately, almost all employees were closed, some departments were ordered to reorganize and dismissed, and the entire company solicited early retirement.
I stopped advertising by half and started researching loans and subsidies.
Even so, the amount of expenses paid will actually decrease after June.
The work that was done by 140 people was done by 30 people (and shortened working hours),
General affairs and accounting needed to calculate and transfer the dismissal notice allowance of 3 people in 40 days, and at the same time calculate the subsidy.
