Now, as it's a turning point in the year (?), I've compiled statistics on the recruitment and rejection rates of women and their reasons for the six-month period from May to the end of November this year.

The adoption rate is about 94%...! (Including decline)
The acceptance rate was higher than I expected! !

And the reasons for rejection of 6% are:

The overwhelming majority of respondents cited ``overall balance in terms of age, appearance, and aggressiveness,'' followed by ``issues related to time management.''

I think "overall balance" is too general and difficult to understand, but if you think about it from the perspective of the man making the offer, you might be able to understand it somehow...!

Please be careful about your time, as if you are late for the interview, you will be watched even before the interview.

The results in the second half of 2023 show that more than 10 out of 9 people will be hired and pass the screening with a high probability 😊
