Arrested for defrauding 1600 million yen with "Papa Katsu"

 

In Yao City, Osaka Prefecture, an elderly man was defrauded of 1600 million yen by "Papa Katsu".

On September 9, unemployed Erina Nishimura (28) and an acquaintance and self-proclaimed investor Seiichi Yoshida (27) were arrested.
