We would like to inform you about 3 points: changes in the rules for date setting branches, points to note regarding membership renewal, and partial changes to Black Class benefits.
●Information on changing the branch in charge
Currently, the registered branch of the female member who received the date offer is handling the date and time adjustment and payment information.
From now on, the coordinator of the branch where male members have registered will be the point of contact and will handle all requests from male members.
Example)
Even if a male member in Tokyo makes a date offer to a woman in Chiba, Sapporo, Osaka, etc., all schedule adjustments will be made by the Tokyo branch.

*Black members will be flexible, so if you have any requests, please contact the women's branch directly by email, LINE, or phone.

It is possible to change the branch in charge, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
* It is not possible to change the person in charge for the purpose of discount in the branch campaign.
* After changing the branch in charge, you cannot change to another branch for 3 months in principle.
●Information about membership renewal
Currently, when renewing the membership period, there are cases where the club refuses to renew.
There have been no written rules about the case so far, and there have been multiple major troubles and complaints.
We were told that we would not be able to renew if there was no improvement, but in the future we will introduce a point evaluation system within the company so that the standards do not fall apart.

When a certain number of points is reached, we will notify the relevant members.
If there is no improvement after the guidance, we will refuse the update.

●Information on the end of Black Class benefits
We would like to inform you about the termination of the service regarding the reservation of Baycourt Club, a members-only resort hotel, as a guest using the membership rights owned by our affiliated company.
