Points of revision of terms and conditions
In order to make the terms common to both male and female members, we have changed the definition of male members and added a definition of female members.
Amendment clause
*In addition to the content below, some provisions have been changed to be easier to understand for members.
Article 2 (Definition)
Added section 6,Move down the following item numbers. Change items 7 and 8.
Addition 6. "Male member" refers to a member who pays the membership fee and setting fee for this service and uses services for men.
Change 7. "Female Member" refers to a member who uses a service for women who does not pay the membership fee or setting fee for this service.
Change 8. "Transportation expenses" does not mean the travel and transportation expenses for female members who come on dates set up by our company, but rather as a way to thank female members for accommodating their time. , is used to mean cash of 5,000 to 10,000 yen handed over by a male member.
Article 3 (Contents of this Service)

Change 5. The Company does not guarantee that the members introduced by the Company will necessarily meet the individual's wishes.
Addition 6. The Company does not force, control, instruct, or suggest the terms of relationships between members.
Article 4 (Application)

Article 5 (Establishment of Service Use Contract and Commencement of Service Provision)

Change 2. The fees charged by the Company to male members include (1) joining fee, (2) annual membership fee, (3) setting fee, (4) class up fee, etc. We will charge male members the respective fees accordingly.
Article 6 (Usage Fee and Payment Method)

Changes 1. Male members shall pay the usage fee separately determined by the Company and displayed on this website as compensation for this service using the method specified by the Company.
Change 2. If a male member is late in paying the usage fee, the member shall pay a late fee at the rate of 14.6% per year.
Change 3. Regardless of the reason, even if a male member is no longer able to receive the Service or no longer needs to receive it during the validity period of the Service, the Company cannot refund the usage fee.
Article 7 (Points)

Article 8 (Date Settings)

Changes 1. Male members can apply to set up a date from the member page. Please let us know your desired date and meeting location. The date will be for two people, one male member and one female member. However, dates with multiple men and women may be possible only under systems or events separately established by the Company.
Change 2. Members who have previously set up this service cannot apply. Also, regardless of gender, you may not be accompanied by another person or have a date on your behalf by a non-member.
Change 3. On the day of the date, the female member will meet up with the member by calling directly from the female member's mobile phone to the male member's mobile phone after arriving at the designated location. Male members shall not lodge complaints with the female member or the Company even if a female member calls without providing their phone number.
Change 4. On the day of the date, the male member must give the female member transportation expenses (5,000 yen to 10,000 yen) separately determined by the company. Male members are free to give more than 1 yen, but female members are prohibited from charging male members more than the transportation expenses determined by our company.
Change 5. Our company will not disclose a member's personal information to the member or any other third party without the consent of the member. If you wish to date a member, please check and obtain the member's contact information yourself.
Change 6. The Company does not guarantee the number of people introduced, the setting with the person introduced, compatibility, etc. In addition, if there is an instruction or request from a member, we may stop providing referral information of that member.
Article 9 (Cancellation of Date Setting)
Change items 1 and 2.
Changes 1. Once the date has been confirmed, cancellations or replacements cannot be made due to the member's convenience. After the date is confirmed, members who are scheduled to date may change their profiles (information that members can freely change without requiring our approval includes, but is not limited to, relationship type). In this case, the member cannot cancel the date.
Change 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the Company deems that there are unavoidable circumstances such as a disaster, accident, world situation, government instruction, etc., the member may cancel the date. If the reason for cancellation or behavior by the member is malicious, the setting fee paid in advance may not be refunded regardless of whether it is in points or cash.
Article 10 (Contract Period)

Addition 1. Male member usage contract period
Change (1) The validity period of the usage contract is one year from the date of conclusion of the usage contract.
Change (2) If the male member does not indicate his intention not to renew in writing or by electromagnetic means such as email by one month before the expiration of the period set forth in the preceding paragraph, this contract shall be extended for an additional one year. The same shall apply thereafter.
Change (3) However, if the annual membership fee in Article 5 (Establishment of Service Usage Contract and Start of Service Provision), Paragraph 2 (2) is not paid by the deadline, the contract will be terminated.
Change (4) If a member uses the class up in Article 5, Paragraph 2 (4), the expiration date is one year from the date the class up is established.
Addition 2. Female member usage contract period
Addition (1) The validity period of the usage contract is 6 months from the date of conclusion of the usage contract.
Addition (2) If the female member does not express her intention to continue in writing or by electromagnetic means such as e-mail within 14 days after the expiration of the period set forth in the preceding paragraph, this agreement will terminate.
Article 11 (Membership Expiration / Suspension)
Change items 1, 2, and 3.
Changes 1. If a person who wishes to re-enroll in the Service wishes to use the Service again after the termination of this Agreement, the decision shall be made after a second examination and consultation between the Company and the person who wishes to re-enroll.
Change 2. Membership expiration dates and suspension of membership for male members are as follows.
Change (1) If a person who wishes to re-enroll uses this service again, he/she shall pay the membership fee as set forth in Article 5 (Establishment of Service Usage Contract and Start of Service Provision), Paragraph 2 (1). In the case of re-contracting within one month after the end of this contract, the decision will be made through consultation between the Company and the person wishing to re-join.
Change (2) Adjournment (extension of membership period) may be extended (carried over) for up to 6 months only in the following cases.
・If you are physically unable to date due to a long-term business trip overseas, etc.
・If you are physically unable to date due to a long-term hospitalization, etc.
Change (3) When the reason for suspension is restored and the member resumes using this service, the member shall submit documents proving any of the above to the Company, and the Company will examine and extend the period. I assume that.
Change 3. Membership expiration dates and suspension of membership for female members are as follows.
Additional (1) Membership is for 6 months. Updates will only be made if both the company and the female member agree.
Addition (2) In the case of re-contracting within one month after the end of this contract, the decision shall be made through consultation between the Company and the person wishing to re-join.
Article 12 (Prohibited Matters)
Move item (7) to Article 15, move items (8) to (19) forward, add items (20) to (22), and add paragraph 2.
Addition (19) Acts of introducing other members to third parties, including our members, acts of soliciting other members to other social clubs, or similar industries.
Addition (20) Date cancellation actions that the Company deems to be malicious (including, but not limited to, cancellations without contacting the Company)
Addition (21) Acts that violate Article 20 (Confidentiality)
Addition (22) Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate based on reasonable grounds.
Addition 2. If you violate the provisions of the preceding paragraph, you will be required to pay 100 million yen as a penalty to our company.
If the actual damages exceed the penalty, we may make additional claims accordingly.
Article 15 (Restrictions on Use and Deregistration/Cancellation)

Additional (11) If the member is convicted of a crime during the contract period. However, if a possibility of a crime is suggested, the member's page will be frozen, and if the member's innocence is not proven within three months, the member will be revoked.
