When I meet members, they often ask me, "Why did you decide to work at a dating club?"

This time, I would like to write about how I feel when I join the Universe club.

It's going to be a self-talk, but I'd be happy if you could read it.

What made me decide to join the company

At first, I thought I was a concierge for a matchmaking site and went to Nokonoko interview.

I was really nervous at this point.This is because I was interviewed for a clerical job, but I was told that I was not hired for about 10 of them.

I had been eyeing job postings for a long time, but the salary was higher than any other company, and the working hours were just right for me, who was weak in the morning.

Too good conditions! !

I thought there must be something behind it, so I put it off for later, but if I fail 10 companies, I'll be in trouble, so I decided, "If you fail here, go to vocational training!"

The interviewer at the time was a staff member named "Mitsui", who is no longer retired.My first impression of him is that he is soft-spoken and a good person.

Then, I had representatives Kida and Matsuzaka connect with me via Skype and talk to me so frankly that I didn't realize it was an employee interview.

(I remember most when Matsuzaka asked me, "What do you like about ice cream?" And Katsuki likes chocolate mint ice cream.)

The routine of doing the same work is boring and doesn't suit my personality, so I felt that it was attractive to be able to meet and talk with different people every day while being involved in various tasks.

 

Conflict after entering the company

Then my work at Universe started, but I thought about quitting many times during my second week there.

I talk about this job to my family, relatives, and close friends.

People around me say, "You're arranging prostitution, aren't you?"I received a lot of voices.

But those words were incomparable.

What was the hardest part?ranking for women.

I don't think I'm the worst person to rank a girl who doesn't have a very cute face but has a very good personality based on her face alone.and.

I'm trying to be the person I hated the most, sucks.I couldn't sleep at night because I thought about it many times, and there was a time when I kept thinking about when I would say I would retire.

 

when you notice a mistake

With such a vague feeling, I met a lot of women and was trying to get offers, when I suddenly thought.

They came to register because they wanted money to achieve some kind of goal, and it was the job of the concierge to make an effort to get offers.

Instead of ranking by face, we should create opportunities by making it easier for offers to come in, and let the concierge tell the male members about the goodness of their personality!

 

You may not know all this unless you work as a concierge.It's a difficult thing to let people know.

However, the staff working at Universe have the best teamwork of any company I've ever worked for.

Even though the industry is an industry, isn't it only in Universe that everyone seems to be working so happily?I don't think so,,,

 

And when it was really hard, there were seniors who listened to me.They sympathized with my story, Skyped me until late at night, and listened intently to my story.

 

Strengths of Universe Club

With such a unique concierge, there is someone who will listen carefully and be close to your feelings.

I think there are concierges who are compatible with each other and concierges who are not, but I think it would be fun to find them.

Is that an irresponsible word?That's right.excuse me.
