INTERVIEW

I think it's "free" but "steady".

Profile
After graduating from a medical school, I worked at a dental clinic and worked as a dental hygienist.
At that time, the people involved were mainly local elderly people and children.
It was fun to face the cavities in my mouth, but I want to get a different job after moving!I strongly wished and got my current job.
I really like talking to people, laughing, eating, and thinking about the arrangements for things.
I would like to increase what I can do in a limited amount of time.
Contents of main work

I mainly do clerical work such as female interviews and setting work.

Why did you choose Universe Group?

I knew about this company from the beginning, and I was in a privileged environment where the woman who registered here was close to me.I heard that it is a serious and good company with solid staff and systems, even though it is a dad-oriented company.
I had the opportunity to interact with the sales staff at the time due to a connection, so when I moved from the countryside to Fukuoka City, I was wondering whether to continue in the medical field or get a new job. I was surprised and wanted to join the company because it was a major company.

INTERVIEW
Please tell us what you felt most after joining the company

Unlike the gorgeous world of the male and female members who are set up, we realized that our work is very steady and patience is tested.
My boss at the time was always with me, so at first I felt like I was being watched, and I was suffocating and was only thinking about leaving early (that's a bad thing), but as I learned the job, I could do more things by myself, and it was really great. It's fun now.

It was an opportunity to reconsider things that had been overlooked until now, such as a certain amount of good pressure, and since it is an industry that relies on members, it is important to pay close attention to details, and every word touches the heart of the other party.

Please tell us about the “corporate culture” of Universe.

I think it's "free" but "steady".
Individuals are given a certain amount of freedom, and they can act according to their own ideas about how to respond to members and how to interview them, but their own response clearly depends on the responses and evaluations from the other party (members). You have to move very carefully because it will appear. In that sense, I think it is a “free” and “steady” corporate culture.

INTERVIEW
Please tell us about your future aspirations and dreams.

To be honest, I am thinking a lot about how I will work after I get married and have children.I might get married to someone who lives outside the prefecture, so if it is possible to work even if I am outside the prefecture, I would like to continue working at Universe Group in any form of employment.

My dream is to continue working for Universe Club even if I live in a rural area, or even to open branches all over the country.Even if my life stage changes and my position is no longer just a member of society, I hope I can find my place not only at home but also at this company.
