I joined the company in July 2017 after gaining experience in logistics and advertising from the financial system (Desma).Although I sometimes clash with the president, I am struggling every day in an environment where I can enjoy my work.No overtime is a good thing! ! !

Why did you choose Universe Group?

I worked as a programmer at a web advertising company for six years, and as the next step, I decided to move on to becoming a manager after working in team development.
When I joined the company, there were no full-time programmers, only designers and coders, and I would like to increase the number of programmers from now on.I received the story of the first step, and if I do it, I want to be involved from the beginning!Create your own from existing teams!I made up my mind and entered the company.

Currently, the team is full of designers and front-end engineers, and I strongly want to make the team even bigger in the future!

Please tell us what you felt most after joining the company

Anyway, the president's decision is quick.It doesn't have to be perfect, so the basic policy is to give it a shape and try it out.
Also, if there is something I want to do, I will be able to do it if I give my opinion properly.
It is a task to ask the sales person about the operation flow, find points to be improved, and how to incorporate them into the system.

Launch new services and increase sales.It is said that the production side basically cannot generate money.
But I'm producing it with one way of thinking! !With this in mind, we will generate sales with new and better services! !

Our current goal is to create web services that go beyond apps.
At present, I would like to create a web service that is easy to use, rather than apps, which are currently saturated, and create a page in history.

Daily schedule
