Contents of main work

My main job is to accept and set up offers from male members.We will exchange messages with male and female members as a coordinator until the date is decided according to your wishes such as schedule and place.
In addition, I may be in charge of male interviews and female interviews.Depending on the size of the assigned branch, rather than specializing in one job, the image is to proceed while sharing information with other staff along a series of processes from enrollment, offer, setting, and feedback. is.

Why did you choose Universe Group?

I had worked in sales all my life until my previous job, so when I was looking for a new job, my greatest wish was to have a job where I could interact with people.When I was looking for a job mainly in the general human resources industry, the first company I happened to accept was Universe.
It may be a bit of a peculiar industry, but for me, it was a very interesting job that I had never experienced before.

I'm not the type to do mundane, routine work, so I thought that this company would not only allow me to make use of my previous experience as a salesperson, but it might also be an opportunity to broaden my horizons.It is also attractive that there are many unique staff with various backgrounds and ways of thinking.

Please tell us what you felt most after joining the company

Communication is everything.
Except for the minimum rules, in my daily work, I constantly think about "how to respond".Since there is no correct answer in communication, we are always required to imagine "what would you think if you were this person?"

Since there is no correct answer, I sometimes do as my seniors say and get scolded by the members.That's why it's interesting, and I think it will be a good experience for people who like interacting with people.

Please tell us about the “corporate culture” of Universe.

What struck me after working there was the importance of teamwork.Since we all share a series of tasks and proceed with them, we have an environment where we can follow up on each other and listen to the opinions of those around us when we are having trouble dealing with things on our own.
We also closely share information with other branches, and if there is anything we want to confirm, we can immediately contact them using tools such as skype, which I think is one of the reasons why we can feel a sense of unity within the organization.

I want to focus on improving the happiness of our members.
There are so many new encounters every day that the work I have experienced so far is incomparable.Under such circumstances, I am happy when the members say "thank you" for responding while thinking.

While complying with social laws and management rules, sometimes we have to be strict, but I would like to sincerely respond so that our members can feel that they are glad to have joined.
