My first job was with a jewelry company.
I was able to work in various places in the Tohoku and Kanto regions at a result-oriented company.I got caught in a big storm...
Along the way, there were times when I was involved in wholesale sales of cosmetics and website production, but before I knew it, I had been involved in jewelry for a total of 16 years.
Taking the opportunity of leaving the jewelry business, I decided to take on new challenges and took action.

Why did you choose Universe Group?

In short, I had a strong feeling that it would be interesting.
Up until now, I had been working in customer service at stores, so when I changed jobs, I wanted to work in a completely different industry.There were companies other than UNIVERSE that I received job offers from, but I felt an interest in the somewhat special work of matching work.

At that time, I honestly felt that it was wonderful to create connections between people and make them happy.
Of course, the work content and salary were attractive, but the reason I chose it was that I could imagine that I would enjoy working there.

Please tell us what you felt most after joining the company

I felt that they valued the old and the new in many ways, and were always looking for something new and better.
While maintaining a customer-first spirit, I also feel that it is wonderful that they value the connection between people with a good sense of distance from customers.

There are many opportunities to plan and make proposals, so you can make use of your own character and improve your own skills.
Although it is a sales job, I have a lot to experience because I can have various experiences.

It is a company that has opportunities to appeal to each branch and team as a whole.
When I made a proposal, I felt that an environment was created in which MTG was held, even though it was on a small scale, and that the proposal was taken into account.It is a company that can listen to various opinions in order to evolve day by day.

Ambition is...
Right now, I'm desperate to keep up with the evolution of the company, and I can't think clearly about the future.Right now, I often think about the work in front of me, but in the near future, I would like to think about projects that can make people smile.In terms of my inner self, I would like to improve myself day by day to become a "person with human power".

Dreams are... nothing definite.
I want to do something with the concept of something that makes me smile.I want to make my dreams come true by learning various things in Universe.
