Why did you choose Universe Group?

After graduating from high school, I didn't have anything in particular that I wanted to do, so I decided to work part-time. I found a job offer at Universe Group with no complaints regarding salary and work location, and when I saw the homepage, I was attracted by the representative's words and decided to join the company.

When I actually talked to him, he was very good at metaphors, and although it is difficult to express in words, I felt that he had something that attracted people. I thought it was the trigger.

Please tell us what you felt most after joining the company

I was really surprised that the average age of the staff was young!
Since there are many staff members who are close in age, I felt that there were many common topics and it was easy to communicate.After my senior staff left, I started with staff who were only one year older, so it was a very comfortable environment.

I always wanted to be active, such as traveling alone, but I couldn't quite put it into action.

Please tell us about the “corporate culture” of Universe.

My boss listens carefully to what my subordinates have to say, and I feel that there are many people who are highly ambitious.And it's always a new wind blowing, and it's hard to get used to it, but I think it's unique to Universe that it's always fresh and fun.

Please tell us about your future aspirations and dreams.

I will always think about what I should do to hear a lot of "thank you", and I will continue to be myself who spares no effort.
I think that increasing sales is certainly important, but sales are not always proportional to member satisfaction. and.I would like to continue working as long as possible, and I would like to continue to be happy both professionally and privately.
