I act as a responder and do activities that will be beneficial to Universe Club as a whole, and when people make inquiries, I make offers, and I contact the staff at the branch where the woman I'm making the offer to belongs to. Have you thought about the staff members who are busy but end up answering questions from members of other branches who are not in charge of them?
Have you thought about the staff at the branch to which the person asking the question belongs, whose colleagues at other branches think that inquiries are directed to them because they don't handle their members properly?

If you are asking staff to take their time, I think it is better to make sure that there is some kind of benefit for them as well.
I don't think it's a good idea to ask other people just because you're likely to get ignored by asking too many questions.
