my goals for 2016
It was "development and stability of branch managers, employee education and improvement of shooting skills".
I think I was able to achieve all of these things thanks to the excellent branch managers.

And my goal for 2017 is
"Evolution Breaking out of the dating club"
Even in an era where automobiles have changed from gasoline to electric vehicles and automatically brake,
Dating clubs shouldn't be the only ones with diesel cars.
When the organization gets bigger, it's pretty easy to say, "Okay, let's beat it once!"
It's hard to say cool things like Krush & Build,
Well, anyway, it doesn't have to be cool, so I want to evolve.

I don't know what the universe club looks like from the outside,
The reality is very strong and dangerous, like glass.

Recently, there has been a series of disagreements between staff.
I don't want to work with him or something like that.

This is the most important thing for me and the parties involved.

However, in a company with 11 branches and 53 employees, the president arbitrates all the troubles.
I don't look good, so I'm trying to leave it to the manager as much as possible.

It is a great pity that we got into trouble, and I lament my inadequacies.
I want you to work for a long time now that you have entered, and I want you to work as comfortably as possible.
Of course I want to pay a lot (as far as I can).
The most important thing is who to work with, but it is very difficult.

But this is also a task given by God for the club to climb one step higher.
It's already big enough, so I'm going to make it a proposition to improve the quality in the future.
