This is Yokoyama Yuuma from the Universe Club Ikebukuro branch.
He is an older male staff member at the Tokyo branch.

I worked at the sister salon THE SALON for a while, but returned to Universe Club in April.
A lot has changed while we were apart and it's hard to keep up...

Now that I'm back at Universe Club, I have a few thoughts.
This time, I would like to talk honestly about women during interviews.

First of all, THE SALON is probably the dating club with the strictest screening for both men and women in Japan.
Approximately 100 women come for interviews each month, but the hiring rate is only about 10%, making it a very competitive position.
I wonder if it's fair to compare it to that, but I thought I'd give my honest opinion.

As expected, the women who come to SALON for interviews are very polite from the initial greeting, and I get the impression that many of them sit up straight and listen carefully throughout the interview.
Of course, there are many women like this in the Universe Club, but there are some whose attitudes stand out.
・They are always late (without prior notice or apology)
・No greetings
・Crossing your legs or sitting with your back leaning back
・Spoken in casual language
・Playing with your smartphone during an interview, or taking an interview while putting on makeup

I've seen the woman mentioned above here and there over the past few months.
At Universe Club, this alone will not result in your rejection, but it may affect how highly the staff recommends you.
I'll be watching your attitude during the interview.
If any women are reading this blog before an interview, you should be mindful of your attitude!
The interview staff create profiles and include information such as their level of recommendation, so the offer rate may change somewhat.

There's no need to be nervous, just relax!
It's okay to just listen, so if you're unsure whether to go to an interview, we look forward to your application!
