Nice to meet you!

My name is Kaori Arata from the Umeda branch of Universe Club.

I joined the company in April this year and am a new graduate who has just completed about two months of training.

After a long training period, OJT finally started last week!

The training begins with business etiquette and also includes intensive IT training.
IT was...to be honest, it was difficult. lol
There were a lot of functions and codes I had never seen before, and at first I didn't understand what was going on."???"situation😂 I have a lot of respect for the programmers who struggle with these strings of numbers every day...💦

But every day is a new discovery, and it's really fun to learn new things!
There's a ton to remember, but I'm studying hard and looking forward to it✊✨

During OJT, you will start working on-site with the support of your seniors.
There are still many things I don't understand, but I am grateful to be surrounded by kind seniors and to be in an environment where I can learn with peace of mind!
